What does spaced repetition mean?

It is a method of studying, where a person is going to take a test at a specific interval of time that will help him to remember a particular topic better. In other words, he is learning the information again, but in a different way. It is a very effective method of learning, especially for people who need to know lists of information, or for people who don't like reading or listening to the information. In Daily Anatomy, we are going to show you how it works, and then we will introduce the spaced repetition method to help you remember the information longer-term.
